“I Will Always Love You”- We are also introduced to a heartbroken Romeo in Act 1, scene 1. He has just been rejected by his “love” Rosaline. However, Romeo claims she will always be the most beautiful woman he will ever lay his eyes on. He will will never get over her. In other words, he will always love her.

“Marry You”- In Act 2, scene 1 we see the lovestruck couple Romeo and Juliet making plans to spend the rest of their lives together. Although they just met, they vow to make plans to be married on a whim.
“Imagine”- When Romeo asks Friar Lawrence if he will marry Romeo and Juliet in Act 2, scene 2, the friar sees a great opportunity arise. Friar hopes that by marrying the couple he will be able to bring their two families together. He imagines all the people living life in peace.
“Bleeding Out”- In Act 3, scene 1, Romeo refuses to engage Tybalt in a fight, so Mercutio steps up to defend his honor. Mercutio winds up stabbed by Tybalt and bleeds out, as expressed in this song.
