Circumstance: CSP made face to face visit with MHS and Juliet to monitor Juliet’s well-being.
Action: CSP and MHS discussed Juliet’s overall health and progress made. Juliet is doing more bottles feeding G-tube feeding. MHS explained she is trying to get all medical appointments in the same area and in the morning time because her son works in the evening. Juliet was well-groomed siting in her baby bouncer. The youth’s face and hair is clear from the white rash and scratches. MHS explained she keeps the mittens on Juliet to prevent her from scratching herself on the face area. MHS expressed frustrations with caring for two small children. She rushed the youth to the local DSS office for a bio-family visit and the family did not keep the appointment.
