By researching each of these nations, a lot of similarities evolve, almost as if the United States is an altered mirror image of Ancient Rome. these civilizations held a great military strength that may be attributed to the success of each part of rome. No other country has been in charge culturally, economically, technologically, and in the military in the history of the world since the Roman Empire. The U S A has the image of a huge empire, If you were to take a citizen of the current day United States and put them in Ancient Rome, you would feel that person would notice that life would not be that much different than today.
