When You Change the Way you See Pride and Prejudice is a novel that sparks romantic relations between many of the characters, but it also creates tension and confusion within their lives. The book starts with Mr. and Mrs Bennett conversing over the news that a young and eligible bachelor for their eldest daughter, Jane has just rented the Manor of NetherField Park, his name is Mr. Bingley. Within the Bennet family there are 5 sisters; Kitty, Lydia, Elizabeth, Jane and Mary. Jane Bennet bieng the eldest daughter followed by Elizabeth, Mary, Kitty and then Lydia. Once Mr. Bennett has had a private encounter with Mr. Bingley the Bennett family are then invited to attend a party. Jane and Mr. Bingley immediately hit it off, falling in love after the first dance they take part together. Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy share a few glances, but their love rollercoaster is a whole other world entirely. Through rumors and lies these two are really the main characters of the novel. Elizabeth Bennet is the most “intelligent” sister out of the five. She doesn't follow the rules that in her time made up a women and is often frowned upon for it. The only one who looks at her and doesn't frown is Mr. Darcy. Mr. Darcy is a solid man, he is shy in the way of his feelings but throughout the book you start to realise his deep affection for Elizabeth and his strong love for his younger sister Georgiana. Everyone in Elizabeth's life kept telling her how to feel, how to behave and how to look. Elizabeth’s character is influenced by her relationships with other characters in the novel,
