Bowlby’s theory of attachment explained the psychological nature of a child’s bond to their parents and the possible impact this experience can have on shaping future interpersonal relationships. The design of the study was set up to ask a series of questions. To start you must include basic demographic information such as gender, age, and relationship status. This must specify which groups that data will fall into. Such as myself a 33-year-old married female. The length of the study only took me fifteen minutes to complete. Many questions were asked based on if I would consider having one night stands to how my parents treated me as a child. Some questions asked me about my own physical attractiveness and to my past to future relationships. The online survey sampling of the data is random and not representative sampling because the only way to initiate the study in by simply participating in the study without being asked to do so. Since the study is at random the samples maybe more accurate to use. However, during the study I could have gave information based on what I thought was correct because human being want to conform to society rather than have an independent idea. Or a courtesy bias. This study was also created in a country that I am not from so the questions could have matched the culture in which the study was created in.
