As an assistant at Galgon HVAC to the CEO/President I had several duties. First ensuring that all my participation is professional, responsive and effective is important considering I am only part time. I am constantly prioritizing requests and service calls, while helping to troubleshoot conflicts; and making recommendations to make sure things run smoothly. At Galgon HVAC we have technicians constantly training so I provide travel arrangements and create travel itinerary portfolios. My duties also include; updating phone lists for CEO, Manage contacts using Outlook, track expenses, process and submits receipts, schedule internal and external meetings, help prepare the CEO for meetings, utilize Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce
