My article of choice discusses the role servant leadership plays and the importance clarity in the process and goal setting is to team effectiveness and potency (Hu, J., & Liden, R. C., 2011). Since we know leadership is the foundation for setting the climate in an organization which is the mood of the employees and how it affects their interaction with others than the type of leadership is equally important (Shani, A.
