Davis is a loyal employee who has been with the company for ten years where the past seven years he has served as the assistant plant manager. Mr. Davis has experience in management and understands what the job of the plant manager entails based off his past job roles. As a plant manager, Mr. Hall would have to learn how to adapt and handle stressful situations as he is the leader and motivator of many employees. Employees look to the plant manager to solve the problems and be the leader of the company in order for everything to run smoothly.
