Irrational and hasty decisions can greatly affect the outcome of a person's life, determining whether the outcome will be victorious or catastrophic. It is easy for someone to be manipulated and tricked into believing something that may seem real when in reality it is not.
In William Shakespeare's Macbeth, Macbeth is influenced by the three witches, pressure of Lady Macbeth and his own fate ultimately led to his tragic downfall.
The Three Witches played a huge part in Macbeth's downfall, as they were the first characters to tempt and deceit Macbeth into committing evil deeds. After receiving Macbeth’s letter, Lady Macbeth concludes that her husband is not fit for carrying out an evil plan to murder Duncan. Lady Macbeth knows her husband lacks some characteristics a person needs to commit regicide.“Yet do I fear thy nature; / It is too full o' the milk of human kindness" Lady Macbeth uses the metaphor of "milk" to show that Macbeth is too kind and soft like a child who needs his milk to to take control. Macbeth is a great soldier and has shown it through battle, but he lacks ruthlessness and cruelty needed to seizing the crown.
