Sum up the key points
To sum up, the carried out discussion has reflected two main things: which are; first, the used of ICT to engage learning in teaching or ICT for teaching purposes, and second the used of ICT to support personal learning at post compulsory study or ICT for learning purposes.
From the discussion, I could draw out that, ICT roles in supporting teaching are mostly depended upon the teacher initiative to create a better ICT ambience for enabling learning. The interviewee as the pre-school teacher emphasized that kids at that layer of pre-school age have had a certain curiosity that needs to take into account. In teaching, ICT is merely a tool. It could only be well functioned when the teacher manages to use it effectively

I think, ICT currently plays a pivotal part in nowadays life, education and work in this 21st century. As a consequence, any government should embrace this new phenomenon into the political agenda for scrutinizing a better education system. The government is supposed to endure the stages of engaging and find feasible ways of building up ICT for educational purposes. We are facing an inevitable digital technology. It brings through the new demand for every activity of life, education and work. Thus, government holds a critical function in enabling the best opportunity for learning and education through providing the best tool that fits nowadays demand and facilitates basic literacy and numeracy regarding …show more content…
In this 21 century, the tremendous alteration in general pedagogy is happening. Education agencies have been required to reshape its approach in educating people according to the new demand. We are most likely to get rid of the traditional way of learning and apply the new way pedagogy through the presence of ICT. I have learned as well that ICT is merely a tool, unless we used it as a way to advocate learning either for personal used or for teaching concern. The best methods of using it to both meet learning and teaching purpose are mostly emphasized. Thus, ICT will be useful to bridge a better learning when we use it in that proper and responsible ways. As a teacher, ICT could be a useful tool within the confinement of knowing learner’s need and their style of learning. ICT might apply differently to learners according to what level they are at (pre-school, secondary or tertiary) and the level of curiosity or orientation that they might have.
