Rohrer Towers Theft Incident Report

On June 22, 2105 at 1103 hours, hours, I responded to Rohrer Towers I Unit 410 for a report of a theft incident.

Upon my arrival, I was met by the caller, Maxwell Rowe. Mr. Rowe related that his furniture voucher, valued at approximately $500.00 was taken by members of the management staff of Rohrer Towers I.

I responded to the management office with Mr. Rowe and spoke with Ms. Eleanor Connell. She related assisted Mr. Rowe in purchasing furniture for his apartment in July of 2008. Ms. Connell then showed me the receipts for the items that were purchased for Mr. Rowe. See attached receipts.

I advised Rowe that the incident he was speaking about was seven years ago and asked him if he would like to go to the hospital for medical evaluation
