The music put with this piece was called Hide and Seek by Imogen Heap. All the girls wore white oversized T-shirts for this piece and they also used a prop with this performance. The props they used were blind folds to go with the lyrics “hide and seek” and how it says, “where are we?” meaning they were lost and perhaps trying to hide from the past. The theme to this piece was more mysterious and it told a story making it easier to understand lyrics and interpret them. I liked how they mimicked the lyrics with movements in their dance. Specifically, during the part in the song when it says, “spin me around again” the girls all spun Libby around while she wore her blind fold. The only negative thing about Hide and Seek performance was some of the girls blind folds were a distraction because some of the girls struggled getting them out and putting them on while trying to perform. Another one of my favorites was the 5th piece choreographed and performed by Libby Miller. She used Calum Scott’s song, Dancing on My On. Libby did a great job acting out the theme of her piece. The choreography flowed so well with the music and her dancing was so graceful, I just loved watching her. She made it seem so effortless. However, my least favorite performance was the fourth piece which used the music, Move (little mix) choreographed and performed by Rhett Koterba, Delaney Powers, Meagin Sichterman, Kaylin Sarver, and Twyla Pereira. I had a hard time trying to interpret and enjoy this piece considering no sets or props were used. The main reason I felt that way was because I did not enjoy the music as much as some of the other performances. Also within this piece it seemed to have a lot of redundancy which made it difficult to stay engaged. Where as in their third piece, Hide and Seek they each had their own unique part, used props and really emphasized the
