With abortions, legal women have the right to choose. The majority of the people in favor of pro-life are Christians, who also believe that killing any human being is wrong. But that brings up the important question. What exactly is considered to be living and not living? According to Trisha Johnson, when people were polled on whether they were pro-life and pro-choice, about 50 percent of the people were pro-life and 45 percent were pro-choice. This meant that still even today people were against abortion and believe that it should be illegal [1]. Johnson also states that even in other countries that do criminalize abortion, it has not reduced the level of illegal abortions performed. That being said, in my own opinion I believe that abortion should remain legalized. The biggest reason is that since I am a man, I will never know how it feels to be a woman, therefore I do not have the right to pass judgement or laws saying what a woman should and shouldn’t do. I believe that a person should have to right to do with their body what they believe is right. I don’t think that it is fair for others to try to put their nose in something that is none of their business in the first place. The mother should be in charge of her own life and her own decisions. I think that people are too quick to pass judgment on others based on their own beliefs. For these reasons, I do not think that people should be able to control others decision on the matter of
