According to my father, his name is Roderick T. Patiag, his parent was met accidentally in a sari-sari store on the day of Barrio Fiesta. Add information, the meaning of Barrio fiesta from the dictionary is a religious festival and an event marked by festivities or celebrations. While the meaning of Sari-sari store from the dictionary is a convenience store found in the Philippines. The word sari-sari in Tagalog means "variety". Such stores form an important economic and social location in a Filipino community. It is present in almost all neighborhoods, sometimes even on every street. Eventually, the story began when her mom, Carmelita Trinidad, was the one who’s watching and selling the goods at the sari-sari store. When his father was handing in the money to Carmelita, they introduced their selves to each other. Likewise, after they know to each other, they became friends, they hang out every day, and they fell in love to each other until they became husband and wife, and had four children. Their names of their children are: Maricris Patiag, the eldest child, Roderick Patiag, the second eldest child, Jedalyn Patiag, the third eldest bairn and Robert Patiag, the youngest juvenile. In conclusion, that is the story of my dad’s parents about how did they met. Additionally, the story of my mom’s parents was actually the same as my dad’s parents story. According to my mom, her name is Marilyn Ochoa, her parents Florencio Ochoa and Laura Marucut, met in the dry market of Apalit Pampanga. Apalit, Pampanga, which is my place of birth and my beloved hometown. Furthermore, while Laura Marucut was busy serving the customers, Florencio walked slowly to Laura, and he asked Laura’s name in a deep monotone sweet voice.
