Ms. West illustrates that Rockford Memorial Hospital’s mission statement is possible to accomplish because her place of work (Rockford Memorial Hospital) always goes beyond expectations to improve its procedures; therefore to provide the best and exceptional care for their patients (Ms. West, 2016, n.p.). In addition regarding to providing the best and exceptional care for patients, Ms. West states that, “We do provide superior care, because we genuinely care about the well-being of our patients who enter the hospital. From top management to bottom level management, we want to let patients know that the hospital overall genuinely care for their well-being” (n.p.).
