Rock and roll was a very smart way to promote racial integration because it was a fun and easy way to bring people together. It created a new type of music that made several different races able to share experiences. I think that Elvis Presley and the beetles were the reason why the world for the most part is not desegregated in America today. The biggest way to reach people was through their music. Before the 1950’s Rock and Roll was not very popular between a diverse groups, it was very segregated. The African American teenagers Listened to mostly Rhythm and blues the Caucasians listened to mostly country music. During this time period in the 1950’s rock and roll music was a mixture of both country music and R & B music. It was different from what teenagers were used to this is why it was so popular between a diverse group of people. Both races started buying theses albums from artist like Elvis Presley, The Beatles, little Richard and Bill Haley. Induvial started to grow a strong passion for rock and roll music especially teenagers. This was a huge cultural change because different races starting doing a lot of the same things like listening to the same radio stations and going to the same concerts. In A communism no person could privately own something because everything must be shared between everyone. For example all induvial got paid the same amount, and worked for the same things. This was a problem because it caused a lot of controversy. The government owns everything which means that the government is able to control people’s lives, their education, transportation, and money. The Beatles helped get rid of a communism system and it also brought about the end of the cold war because it helped people to “overcome the fear of the Soviet Union and showed that the belief was stupid” (How the Beatles rocked the kremlin). The Beatles helped individuals realize that the communism system that they were living in were not realistic. The government hated the Beatles so much because their music was powerful and the government started to see individual start to rebel against communism. The Beatles had such a strong impact on people’s lives that the government never allowed them to be able to play there music behind the iron curtain. The Beatles music was banned because it caused people to have a strong hatred for communism. The people who were found with the fab four music were punished. The people would get their hair cut off and they would be sent to jail. But this did not stop individuals, especially teenagers, they still found ways to smuggle in
