Argumentative Essay: Should Robots Be Taxed?

In the past sixty five years, the number of steelworkers has decreased tremendously. There used to be 500,000 steel workers in the United states in the 1950s, there is now 100,000. Globalization played some role in eliminating these jobs, especially since 2000. Globalization is the process by which businesses or other organizations develop international influence. The first robot was created by George Devol. He was nine years old when the word robot first appeared in 1921. Unimation created Unimate, it was the first industrial robot to be used by a major manufacturer, it was installed by General Motors. I strongly believe that robots should not be taxed, because of multiple reasons. Robots should not be taxed because, they help motivate human beings to try their best to not be replaceable by a robot.
