R/s Robert is smoking pot and drinking beer in the presence his 8-month-old twins Jackson and James. R/s the ceilings are falling down and there are holes in the floors. R/s there is a concern that the ceiling will fall down on the children. R/s cockroaches are in the kitchen sink. R/s the children are always dirty and they have real bad rashes on their bottoms. R/s Jennifer and Robert are not changing the children’s clothes. R/s it is hearsay that Robert is hooked on cocaine. R/s they are selling their food stamps to buy drugs.
