Today, MSC went to Robert's Day Habilitation meeting at 15 W 65th street, New York, NY. His MSC Ms. Jarrett, Social Worker Judy Cohen, Nurse Melanine Tabenessa, Staff Sherwin Titre and Clinical Supervisor Jennfier Defelice, Mother Ms. Gaines and Robert. We waited on the residential staff, then received a call from the Residential Manager. She stated and emergency came up and their staff won't be able to make it to the meeting.

Judy stated that Robert has been doing good. He has adjusted well to this program and love it here at the Light Guild International program. Judy stated that she reached out to the residence and she hasn't gotten a response. There is a few paper work missing from his file and they need documentation stating this Robert is a Willowbrook class client. MSC informed her that she will send her paperwork. Melanine stated that she needs Robert's updated Nutritional assessment, medication list, eye exam, dental report and semi-annual ISP. Ms. Grant stated that she is interested partial CAB Representation. …show more content…
Grant gave the program an overview from Robert's Annual ISP at his residence. Sherwin stated that Robert is currently working on: (1) trail in the hallway (learning his route to his classroom, bathroom or nurses office); learn the q system (q's allow him to become independent in program and the cross indicates the nursing office); (3) sign language (learning patience in what time lunch takes place and what time it is to leave). Robert knows how to sign for fire Sherwin stated. She mentioned that fire drills are completed once a month and they use the EAP drill system. He also know the cross means an emergency. In case of an emergency, the individuals with ambulatory concerns do to a certain part of the building. The fire department is alarm on where to locate the Individuals.
