The insureds recollection of dates and times were not consistent as he claims that he has dementia. The insured's version of being held hostage appears not plausible as there seem to be some mental issues with Mr. Rabitallie.
The claimant contends he was drugged and was held hostage for months while unknown suspects would give him Heroin, Morphine, Marijuana and other types of drugs as he continued to live a normal life as he continued to got to his office in Upland, CA and worked at his insurance commercial brokerage.
