I believe Robert Frost has interpreted most of the decisions we make in life into this poem of a man choosing which path to take in a "yellow wood". We have to make decisions about our life every day. Even if it is to simply go exercise today or not. We often think about the choices that we make and think what would the outcome be if we would have made another choice. We are humans and we will be faced with many choices throughout our lives, and this will often cause us to regret some of the choices that we already made. We may even wonder what would have happened if we had chosen to do something different. We often complete many tasks with a sense of relief, a "sigh" perhaps, that the choice we made turned out to be a great choice. Two roads diverged in a yellow wood" signifies to me that the result of his decision would arise from the same origin to which in our own lives, we can reflect on. Although he would like to have seen the outcome of both paths, he knew he could only choose one. To help him decide, he had to look down both roads only to see one road took a bend.
