In my case the witnesses will be the queen and my second wife,also me sir walter raleigh. I am being charged with criminal negligent homicide. The queen first sent me out onto a voyage to North America. When we were spending a little time on the land the colony started to crumble. Then I got word that the queen wanted me back in england. So I set sail with my crew but let some stay behind to watch over Roanoke.

When I arrived to england I showed the queen what I have brought from North America. Then the potatoes and tobacco were getting popular in england. So she sent me back to Roanoke to get more of the crops and check on the colony. When the ship landed we saw no sign of anyone at all. The crew and I searched for them but we
