It was just brought to my attention that the Hauler (Roadrunner Rubbish Removal) for Walmart Store #1369 is requiring for this stores compactor to be hauled every 7 days. This Walmart is located in a very rural area that being said Roadrunner Rubbish the only hauler in town. The hauler has stated this legal weight limit is 6 tons. The hauler is basing this off Federal Bridge Laws (Please see attachment). The hauler is requesting that the waste in the container not weigh more than 6-6.5 tons + the weight of the compactor (Average weight of 3.5 ton). This would then be a combined total of 10 tons. Placing this store on a 7 day schedule would keep this store right at requested weight based on this store tonnage history.
