In the winter of 1952, New England was battered by the most brutal nor'easter in years. Two oil tankers off the coast of cape code we literally torn in half. The story was riveting story of heroism and survival and team work.

The story takes place in 1952 off the cape cod coast. On february 18, 195 was a very tense night and a very tense situation at 11:58am ships broken in half by winds including SS Pendelton and a T-20 oil tanker stranding 43 plus sailors could die.
