Noosh is a commercial company, that offers dynamic and creative video contents to advertising agencies. The owner wanted a different company brand, apart from their current production company “River Film”. River Film creates and develops films, initially specialized in films for the property and development sector, but now they work across a variety of sectors and industries (River Film, 2016)

According to the business director (Alastair Young), River Film is a business to business communication with a corporative work structure, which it’s not the type of work that creative consumer driven advertising agencies are looking for when commissioning film production companies. Their strategy was not fully implemented and the lack of knowledge about this new business left Noosh with no future projects.

As the business director stated, they are well-known for the quality of their service. River Film has acquired an in-depth understanding of the real estate sector and so far they have successfully fulfilled their clients’ needs. As a result, every now and then they have new clients from the real estate sector. This means that they have identified their clients’ needs in a way that their clients come back to River Film with new assignments. (Personal Communication March 08, 2016)

On the other hand, Noosh has not completely defined its target group’s needs and wants. To being with, their business plan doesn’t show an accurate description of their target group. They only describe the marketing strategy; this is based on a general market analysis. This analysis focuses on all types of advertising agencies. This shouldn’t be the case since there are various categories of advertising
