1. No one asked to be born; we are forced into the gift of life. We are born into our lives totally innocent, naked, without the knowledge of how to communicate with others or how to care for ourselves, wrapped in a swaddling blanket and kept warm and cradled with loving arms. In infancy we totally rely on others for our well-being. As time progresses, as our brains and bodies grow, we become more aware of what is happening around us and we learn to interact with our environment and are educated. In the stages of human life, babies progress from infancy into children and then into teenagers, young adults, middle-aged adults, older adults and finally senior citizens. Young people are full of hopes and dreams but may not be aware of consequences of their actions due to their lack of experience. Teenagers may remember the first job they had and what they did with their first paycheck.

Teenagers and adults may feel they have to follow advertising trends, the trends or buzz words of their peers, or believe rumors, but they should make decisions based on their own beliefs and needs.
There is no need for sibling rivalry or rivalry between neighbors; each person is living their own individual life that the Lord gave them. You and your sibling are two different people. You and your neighbor are two different people. It has been said that the only person you should actually compete with is yourself, to try to improve yourself. God gave us unique lives. Only God could know the purpose of every atom in the universe.
