According to Society for Neuroscience teenagers and adults often don't see eye to eye, and new brain research is now shedding light on some of the reasons why. This could be why kids have risky or impulsive decisions in their teen years. Also in the shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet there are examples of parents restricting their kids on who they can or can't date because their decision making skills are lacking. There are also real life examples of teens and their lousy decisions. Parents should have the right to forbid teenagers from dating certain people.
