If a doctor suspect stroke, because of the symptoms he or she must do several tests to determine your risk of stroke. The first test will be the physical extermination, he or she asks after the symptoms of the patient, the medications and whether he had any head injuries. The doctor will measure the blood pressure and also check whether there are small cholesterol crystals or clots in the blood vessels behind your eyes. The next step is several blood tests. The outcomes of those blood tests will show your doctor your blood sugar and your blood chemical level. Then follow a CT, to see the brain and to determine whether the vessels in the neck are enlarged a MRI, to see the brain tissue. The doctor also carotid ultrasound test shows blockages
