Amid working on several things, I thought I would start a Health Blog as some people ask me about what public health really is and what it entails. Public Health is a scientific approach, which is focused on preventative care to help improve and protect all populations. Population health, specifically, aims to improve and protect the entire human population. In part of my research in Grad School, including my past experience and emphasis on community health, I’ve learned that there are many components that may enhance or hinder a community's health.
