Asthma prevalence among children has become a serious area of concern over the last few decades. The disease has turned to be one of the major chronic diseases among children. In addition, it is the leading cause of hospitalization among children under the age of 15 years (Tedner, Sandra, Anne, Örtqvist, and Catarina, 2). Reports indicate that the trend will increase in the coming years especially in western countries. The burden of the disease has increased considerably on individuals and society (Michel, S., et al, 2). Asthma is persistence and recurrent health concern. Therefore, it increases the probability of social, economic and health costs of families and society.
