Rip Hunter's Theory: Legends Of Tomorrow

Today’s theory is on the CW show called Legends of Tomorrow. If you have been watching the show since reason one than you know that Rip Hunter is missing from the show. In this article, I will be explaining where I think he is. First of all, I do think that he is alive. While he could have died, I do believe that he is still alive because of the proof that I have of his location. I believe that he was apprehended by the Reverse-Flash. In addition, I believe that he was the one that built the time machine that the Reverse Flash used to help Damien Darhk time travel. In the final episode of the first season of the flash, which was episode twenty-three and was titled “Fast Enough,” upon seeing Cisco’s time machine, the Reverse-Flash said, “Its’ beautiful. …show more content…
He built the first one of these. Interesting man.” When he said this, the Reverse-Flash implied that he had, in fact, met Rip Hunter at some point in his past. I believe that that point in the Reverse-Flash’s past is the current point in the Legends of Tomorrow storyline. In addition, the time machines from Legends of Tomorrow and The Flash look identical. This further proves my claims because the Reverse-Flash based his time machine off of the one that he saw Rip Hunter make. When it comes to the reason that Rip made the time machine for the Reverse-Flash, i think that we can assume that the Reverse-Flash is somehow forcing him to do it, but he could also be doing it for another reason that we simply cannot predict.
