Humans like to rank things; favourite to least favourite, highest to lowest, most important to least important. But what makes things important? For me it’s how it makes me feel, how it impacts my life and how much I do or do not enjoy it. They’re aren’t many things in my life that are truly essential to me. I could live without Netflix or without my IPhone. While I do love a good home cooked meal and classic books, I could live without them. Ringette, my family and my Canadian background are three parts of me that are terribly important. Those three things are eminent in my life, few others that have impacted me so greatly.
