One day after Nag and Nagaina had been defeated, Rikki-Tikki Tavi was sleeping on the ground and Darzee was singing and flying through the sky.
“Ooooh, im free, im free” Darzee sang. “ No more enemies, Im free, im free” he continuously sang. While he was flying over Nag and Nagaina's nest, he had noticed a broken egg. He flew down to see with a smooth landing right above it on the tree. He heard something slithering near the bushes under him. He peaked over to see what it was and freaked out once he saw it was a cobra.
He quickly flew over to Rikki while yelling” Help, Help there is a cobra in the bushes!”
Rikki Tikki quickly got up and asked Darzee” Calm down, what happened?”

He wanted to end this nonsense already to have a calm life without any snakes. Once the snake finished minding its own business, it had noticed Rikki.

Rikki’s eyes grew red with anger and striked with a powerful pounce.
“Fight, or be killed” Rikki said.
Then Rikki noticed this wasn’t any ordinary cobra. The cobra wouldn’t fight Rikki, instead the cobra was crying from something. Rikki asked him some questions and figured out his name is Fapple and he was scared of something, a different adult cobra named Magne. While talking to Fapple, Darzee started screaming.
“Rikki watch out behind you, behind you!” Darzee repeated.
Rikki turned around and saw the biggest snake he has ever come across . Rikki was terrified.

Rikki knew he had to defeat this huge snake. He now has two problems to deal with at the same time. Both Magne and Rikki’s eyes grew red, raging with flame. Rikki dealt with Magne the same way he dealt with Nag and Nagaina, but this was different. Rikki had to be more cautious, the snake was much stronger and faster. He can kill Rikki in one bite. Rikki had to evade and attack at the same time. While the fight was happening, Fapple decided to overcome his fear. He decided to attack with Rikki. He didn’t just attack though, he snuck up on Magne. He knew Magne was tired from evading Rikki, so he attack on the neck. He got pushed off because of how fast Magne was moving. He decided to attack him again,
