The story,” Rikki-Tikki-Tavi,is by Rudyard Kipling,is a novel based on the main characters Rikki Tikki Tavi and Nagaina.They go through a series of trying to protect their families. Moreover, Rikki Tikki is more human than animal because he is very smart and only thinks about his families safety.Like how for example,Nagiana was just trying to protecther family and Nag like in paragraph 8 it says “Nag was thinking to himself and watching the least little movement in the grass,so Nagiana could snaek up in him.”Therefor Nag and Nagaina’s plan was to kill Rikki fot good.But all things changed when Rikki killed Nag.Futhermore,Kipling sates that Nagiana and Rikki both display human prospects,bravery,and protecting famliy. Finally the theme of the story is that they both Nagiana and Rikki just want to protect each others family.For example,”his little white teeth were clenched on her tail and he went down in the tunnel with her.(Kipling par.31).Furthermore, her plans are to kill Rikki and his family for revenge of him killing Nag.Nagaina chooses to rule the garden,and would kill anyone in her way. Finally,to top off,when Rikki-Tikki-Tavi and Nagaina come face to face with each other,and Rikki had her last egg she wants to take the chance to escape with her egg.Though,Nagiana wanted to kill Rikki’s family,but he offered a deal.The deal was if Rikki gave Nagiana her last egg and that she would go away for good.One can see the survival depended on her going away.Both main characters made their plan to protect their …show more content…
