During this past year Rigoberto was cooperative with consult appointments. He did not required pre-sedation. He attended a total of 9 consults; three consults with Neurology for Seizure disorder who the previous year initiated him on Zonegran and throughout this year increased it to his actual dose which is of 200 mg three times a day; in addition he is on Lamictal and Tegretol as part of his antiepileptic treatment. He consulted Oncology for Macrocytosis anemia and Neutropenia which as per Dr. Sarhill was improved/corrected and recommended to continue Folic acid and Vitamin B12; no need for BMBX. Rigoberto underwent dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia outpatient at BVMC on 8/25/16 without any complications prior, during or after
