Right to work [RTW] is disliked by most of the union workers. It takes away thousands of dollars and makes workers work longer hours. They also don’t pay for education like the Union does, which means that the works have to pay for their own education taking more money out of their already money loss from the change to RTW states. RTW states have a higher injury rate than Non Right to Work states. So That means that They lose even more money after the fact that they lost 5,000 a year pay cut. 23 out of the 50 states have switched to RTW. RTW leads to more competitive bidding and wages. RTW states have substantially greater personal income economic growth rates than non RTW states. Also they are trying to keep the wages more fair than the Union.If you want to work for a union that is your choice. The state should not have the power to enforce such a useless law. Many things are ok about right to work ,though. I believe that the more competitive wages are ok, and it would be a good thing. The Union will for most people be the best option compared to right to
