Right to keep and bear arms: Americans are free to own firearms for their own defense. This bill of right was adopted but has been a topic of debate to several newspapers. Many believed that this right is the one that can be only exercised through militia organizations like National Guard (Nelson, n.d.). For instance, people were concerned about the issues that may arise due to the right for the citizens to own guns for their own protection.
