Even though Right to Bear Arms has caused some big problems in our world today, the second amendment is one of the most important amendments of the bill of rights, because individuals have the right to own a firearm. and it is still applied to all citizen even today.
To begin, the second amendment means that individual citizens have the right to own a gun for their own purpose including self-defense. The United States Supreme court ruled that the right to Bear Arms belongs to individuals and also ruled that it does not prohibit the regulations of firearms. The Second Amendment was based on the English Bill of Rights of 1689. Sir William Blackstone.
