You started down at the plastic screen in your hand in shock, how could this have happened. You’ve always been so careful, this shouldn’t have happened, you were only 20 how could you be pregnant. Tears started to well in your eyes as you thought about what this meant, your whole life was going to be flipped around in one way or another, if you kept the baby or not. Things were going to change, but at least you’d have your dad. He was only 17 when he got your mom pregnant he’d know what to do, he could help.

You dried your tears and cleaned up throwing the test into the trash before making your way to the bunker library, uncle Sam had left on a food run so it was just you and your dad, better now than never you thought. “Daddy, I’ve got to

You stood there until you heard the door open again and you ran to your room.

You could hear your dad and uncle yelling in the library from your room, but didn't bother to listen, you knew they were disappointed. You had started to regret ever telling your dad in the first place. He had never been this mad at you before, he had been mad before but never at you.

It was almost an hour later when you finally stopped crying and decided to leave your room, you’d have to confront your dad sooner or later and you knew you wouldn’t be able to sleep tonight unless you knew your dad would forgive you.
Slowly you made your way from your room to the main area of the bunker. Half of you was praying your dad wasn’t there the other half was hoping he was. You knew you needed to talk to him, but you didn’t want

He’s not disappointed, he’s worried. He cares about you and wants you to be okay.” what Sam said made sense, it sounded like your dad, but it was still hard to understand. “Than why isn’t he here? Sam you're my uncle and I love you, I really do, but when I needed my dad more than I ever have before, he walked out just stormed right out that door. How the hell is that supposed to make me feel.”

Everything you told Sam was exactly how you’d felt, if your dad really wasn’t angry how could he do this to you. How could he leave you when you needed him more than ever. Before you knew it you were crying again.

“I need him, I don't know what I want to do with this baby, but if getting rid of it will make him happy i'll do it. I’ll do anything to get my dad back.” You wiped your tears again as Sam just stared at you. He stood up and walked to your side, pulling you into a hug. “We’re gonna get you dad back he just needs some time, and we’re gonna figure it out”

After that you went to bed, you slept knowing that even if everything fell apart with your dad you would still have Sammy. He told you that your dad had left for the bar after he talked to Sam, and probably wouldn't be home until
