Hello Asia,
Thank you for responding to my post! I was not previously aware of his mother’s actions during his childhood, we probably watched two different videos. Finding that out has led me to believe that his mother sort of had issues too, it makes me wonder if something was wrong genetically. I think it is scary to live in a place while knowing of the horrible things that took place nearby. Reminds me of a few years ago when phoenix had a serial rapist on the loose. It was hard trying to live a normal life, while having a very dangerous individual lurking the same streets in which I commuted to and from daily. To answer your question, I think Ridgway probably stated in Washington due to convenience. It was more convenient for him to commit

Starting off my day, I woke up from bed, gulped down some chow, and went back to sitting on my more than comfortable bed, reading the book of my future dreams: “Maximum Ride.” It was necessary to read this book, for a competition, called, Battle of the Books. Continuing on, the deeper I read into the book, the more hooked into the book I was.…

The thing about running is that you hate it until it’s over, at least for me that’s true. Personally, I like running, and it gives me a chance to get out and work towards something. All throughout high school, I’ve run track, and for two years I ran cross-country, both are great sports. The two years I ran cross-country made me wish I ran all four years. The pain began slowly, pricking me with its sharp needles only while doing barre in ballet once a week. I ignored it, believing it to be normal, common discomfort that would soon go away, typical thoughts of a dancer whose entire sport is centered around “good pain”. Six months later, it had escalated to the degree that every step I took felt like an arrow to my knee. Dancing had become impossible, and it was determined that I should be taken to the orthopedist. The bland, brown and beige lobby became extraordinarily familiar as I waited two hours to be examined.…

My experiences over the last six years living in NYC have shaped me into the approachable and compassionate person I am today. I have been immersed in a melting pot with many different culturally and economically diverse populations. These unique experiences have broadened my horizons and allowed me to gain valuable communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I searched out opportunities to give back and help the people in my community both in volunteering in hospitals, educating high school students, and interning in private practices. I even traveled with the organization Medlife, setting up a medical clinic to provide basic medical care and education to people in the poor and underserved communities surrounding Lima, Peru.…
