In my home state of Mississippi, we have not had many laws passed, which are named in honor of crime victims. One of the most recent laws of this nature would be what is known as “Nathan’s Law”, named in honor of Nathan Key, who had been struck and killed by a vehicle, as he exited a school bus at his house. This incident occurred in Jones County, Mississippi on December 11, 2009, and Nathan was five years old at the time of his death. The origins of “Nathan’s Law”, as stated, began on December 11, 2009, as five year old Nathan Key exited a school bus, after school, and attempted to cross the road to get to the his house (Gebben v. State of Mississippi, 2012). Nathan had exited the stopped school bus, after his 11 year old brother,…

Kevin Mitnick was a curious kid growing up in California when he discovered a way to ride the bus in the whole greater L.A. area for free. He was able to accomplish this task by using nothing more than his own ingenuity. According to Jason Gots of the “Big Think” website “He (Kevin) used social engineering on a Los Angeles area bus driver, telling him he needed a special hole punch for a school project. The driver helpfully directed him to the public transportation supply store, where he could buy the special punch needed for transfer passes. 15 bucks from his mom for the punch, a little dumpster-diving at the bus depot for unused transfers, and Mitnick was able to ride the LA bus system anytime for free.”…

Fourthly, the technological component of the analysis relating to Kid Kruiser centers on enhancements to product and service innovations needed to keep in-line with trends. Moreover, technological factors include increases to automation, changes to product development and service advancements. Companies at the forefront of technological innovations establish a competitive advantage and create barriers to market entry (Finch, 2012). For instance, by creating a tracking app, parents can not only schedule rides, but they can get real-time updates, and pinpoint their child’s progress and location in real time during their ride. Moreover, vehicles outfitted with cameras help in maintaining the safety of all who use the service.…

Chauffer companies seems like a bad idea I can show that it is a bad idea. It also states on paragraph 21 that ‘’ride hailing serveries for children may not make enough money just by transporting kids to be a great business. The idea does not seem like a good idea because it does not allow minors, like people 18 or younger which is a really bad idea because most people above 18 are able to drive. Unlike minors they need a ride to school and most of the time a friend of theirs or a bus takes them to school because they trust them,But Uber Lyft does not cover its safety concernsThis paragraph shows why my statement is a good reason not to take rides to school with Chuaffer companies.…
