The Lost Hero is the first book in the Heros of Olympus series by Rick Riordan. It is about the friendship between three demigod children and it reveals that friendship is the greatest gift. The main characters are Leo, the son of Hephaestus, Piper, the daughter of Aphrodite, and Jason, the son of Zeus. Jason Has lost his memories and he goes on a quest with Piper and Leo to get them back. In addition to getting his memories back Jason has to find Percy Jackson who disappeared. Leo, Piper and Jason set out to the House of Wolves which is the place Jason can get his memories back. But once they arrive the will have to face the king of giants. Will there bonds help them defeat the giant or will they become the giants lunch?
