Customer Richard Montgomery is requesting a follow up on the Status of his ticket. He stated in a recent email that since he has not heard from any one about his ticket and has filed a complaint with the State Attorney. A colleague of mine sent an email to the agent working his case yesterday and received a response that the customer would be contacted on 3/15/16. That message was relayed to the customer and no contact was made. Customer is now requesting that someone follows up with him today.
