Near the white tower a box filled with a box which contains the remains of 2 skeletons was found and was assumed to be the 2 princes. After examination it was proven that it was correct but other further examinations have been rejected. Until now the mystery has not been solved although research has narrowed it down to 4 suspects. Those are: Richard, Henry Tudor, Buckingham, and Sir James Tyrell. Each one have their own certain motives except for Sir James Tyrell who confessed that he was following the order of Richard to murder the princes. Buckingham on the other hand became a suspect because of a manuscript that says he was involved in the murder. Richard III escorted both Richard of Shrewsbury and Edward V to the tower of London. Richard III was the last one to see them so it is not unlikely that he became a suspect. Since there is no proof yet it cannot be determined whether Richard murdered the prince or not.
