Success is the ultimate goal of an average sane being. However, several people; even the elite too; in their quest for this goal, work conscientiously, without the consciousness of the need to check, possibly sharpen and oil the tools with which they toil, and thus, in several pitiable cases, toil hazardously to an early grave.
WHY DO PEOPLE NOT GO FOR CONSISTENT HEALTH CHECK?

These, however, amount to simply playing the ostrich, as it is rather reasonable not to attempt to run away from one’s shadow.
WHAT DO WE STAND TO GAIN FROM A LIFESTYLE OF CONSISTENT HEALTH CHECK?
One major significance of a lifestyle of consistent health check is that it helps your doctor to identify any health issue or a possibility of any early; and with that, he would be able to provide the necessary advice or treatment plans to prevent further crisis.
Another gain is that it cuts healthcare cost. As the saying goes; a stitch in time saves nine; if any health issue is detected early; obviously, the resources that would be required to care for the situation would be quite less than when it has deteriorated into a critical situation.
The social life gains too. For instance, a regular check-up with the dentist may detect and quickly correct unpleasant oral aura; or infections. Obesity- a possibly embarrassing state of health can also be prevented through consistent health checks. To slump at a public meeting, as a result of preventable health issues is also, not a plus to any man’s social
