In a nut shell, communication skills are the most importance thing in organization for contecting each others. It is especially important that we are able to build these relationships as social practice moves towards more market-based and managerialist policies and practices. If the employees or companies are lack in communication skills, they are facing a serious problem to grow the companies and the reputation of the companies will decline.
In the situation that have be described in this case, Baker and Rennalls are lack in communication skills because of the several limitation of the communication process. Furthermore, Rennalls more using nonverbal communication when Baker are interviewing Rennalls in his room. Through this, Baker will having his own perception to Rennalls.
