Suresh Canagarajah is an associate professor in English at Baruch College of the City University of New York. In his biography, “the Fortunate Traveler: Shuttling between Communities and Literacies by Economy Classy’, he talks about his whole life experience of learning English as a second language and his achievement in that knowledge area.
