Andrew LeFevre wrote an article called Technology Alone Has Not Improved Education. In this article, he explains the opposition of technology being a home run, when it comes to education. He does this first by stating that the costs of technology are very great and that school systems can overspend money on technology, and have less to spend on necessities. LeFevre also claims that the inconsistencies of the teachers operating the technology and the misuse of it can be detrimental to learning. However, Dr.Honey does an excellent job of squashing the argument of her opposition. In her article is a composed list on how to make technology effective within the classroom. Within this list, she explains how everyone must work together in order for technology to help in the classroom, and talks about how the cost of technology is necessary to better our future.
