One could easily tell from this sentence that trump wants to make advancements in space travel, medicine, and sustainable energy. But Trump decides to go the extra mile. The simplicity of just saying that he wanted America to use new energy, to find cures, and to explore space would have made the speech seem dull and vague. However, Trump expands on this using descriptive and vivid terms to create an image in the reader’s (listener's) mind of the near future Trump has planned for America. Overall Trump’s speech was impactive and left the people with a sense of hope for the future. Trump did exactly what I would do if I were to write the speech, he appeals to the people and refers to the greater future positively to spark hope in the hearts of the American people. In his speech Donald J. Trump exemplifies how great of a president he could really be. Due to the controversiality of his campaign, President Trump does not want people to depict him the the wrong way. Instead Donald Trump paints a picture with the use of a hopeful tone and the use of descriptive and vivid
