They treat Matt unfairly and their behaviour and actions might keep Matt from achieving his goals or what he thinks needs to be. They also try to ruin Matt’s and Maria’s relationship, and that is one of the things that Matt values the most. The picture is a scorpion. Alacran means scorpion.
Dynamic- I believe that El Patron is a dynamic character because of his change of behaviour with Matt and the rest of the Alacran family. In the book it explains how he despises everyone except himself and Matt IS a part of himself. This picture represents Matt and El Patron likeness and how they are in a matter of speaking the same person.
Static- Celia is an example of a static character. She supports Matt through and through no matter what happens. She is like a mother to Matt and will always be supportive of him through everything. Her behaviours do not change much towards Matt or anyone else for that matter.
Flat- Ejets are examples of flat characters. They are in some ways the definition of flat character. They do not show depth or any emotional changes. They will starve in front of a plate of food if they are not told to eat. Every Ejets can only do the same thing as the other one, even “smarter” Ejets like teacher can only do the same thing over and over
